It doesn’t snag on the skin, which is especially important if it’s sensitive and the bristles are stiff. The comb is easy to make passes without pressure, and the blade is firmly sandwiched between the plates near the edge and does not vibrate. This results in a close shave without irritation. Soap residue and bristles pass through the wide grooves, while the surface of the edge always remains soapy and slippery. This means you don’t have to interrupt your shaving routine to rinse the razor, and it minimises the risk of cuts, as you don’t have to go over the same area of skin several times.
