The razor is suitable for beginners, for users with fine to medium stubble, for daily shaving. It is virtually impossible to cut yourself with it. The aggressiveness of the 89R is on par with the Parker 96R butterfly razor.
The razor is equipped with five Parker platinum coated blades. All other double edge blades will fit.
