A classic handmade shaving soap from the French artisan brand Martin De Candre, scented with Vetyver. It creates a lush, creamy lather that thickly coats the skin and makes the razor glide easier.
Two varieties of vetiver — Haitian and Javanese — were used to create the fragrance. The first of them has a citrus tinge, and the second one is smoky, so the fragrance turned out to be thick, dense and complex. In addition to vetiver, the fragrance has a floral note — ylang-ylang.
To whip up the foam from Martin De Candre Vetyver soap, you’ll need a shaving brush.
